Amendment of the Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Wales) Order 2024

2.—(1) The Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Wales) Order 2024(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 1 (title, application and coming into force), in paragraph (4), for “2025” substitute “2026”.

(3) For the word “supervision”, in each instance where it appears, substitute the word “direction”.

(4) In article 40 (pre-movement testing), in paragraph (2), for “30” substitute “60”.
