Revocation of certain legacy transitional provisions

4.—(1) Regulations 41(2) and 42 of the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017(1) are revoked.

(2) Regulation 1(3) of the Pipe-line Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2000(2) is revoked.
