Revocation of certain legacy transitional provisions

regulation 4 + 4.—(1) Regulations 41(2) and 42 of the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017(1) are revoked.

(2) Regulation 1(3) of the Pipe-line Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2000(2) is revoked.
