Compulsory acquisition of land: minerals

26.  Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 (minerals) to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 are incorporated in this Order, subject to the following modifications—

(a)paragraph 8(3) is not incorporated;

(b)for “acquiring authority” substitute “undertaker”;

(c)for “undertaking” substitute “authorised development”; and

(d)for “compulsory purchase order” substitute “this Order”.
