Amendments to the Civil Legal Aid (Statutory Charge) Regulations 2013

9.  In regulation 2(1) of the Civil Legal Aid (Statutory Charge) Regulations 2013(1) in the definition of “family proceedings” in sub-paragraph (a)(iv) and (v), for “domestic violence” substitute “domestic abuse”.
