article 9 + 9.  In regulation 2(1) of the Civil Legal Aid (Statutory Charge) Regulations 2013(1) in the definition of “family proceedings” in sub-paragraph (a)(iv) and (v), for “domestic violence” substitute “domestic abuse”.
