Amendments to the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Resources and Payment for Services) Regulations 2013

7.  In each of the following provisions of the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Resources and Payment for Services) Regulations 2013(1), for “domestic violence” substitute “domestic abuse” in each place it occurs—

(a)the heading of regulation 12;

(b)regulation 12(1);

(c)regulation 39(3)(d)(i) and (ii) and (5).
