Amendments to the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Resources and Payment for Services) Regulations 2013

article 7 + 7.  In each of the following provisions of the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Resources and Payment for Services) Regulations 2013(1), for “domestic violence” substitute “domestic abuse” in each place it occurs—

article 7 a + (a)the heading of regulation 12;

article 7 b + (b)regulation 12(1);

article 7 c + (c)regulation 39(3)(d)(i) and (ii) and (5).
