Interpretation

2.  In these Regulations—

“the 2009 Act” means the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009(1);

“apprenticeship training” has the meaning given by section 83(5) of the 2009 Act(2);

“the Area” means the area of the Local Authority;

“the Local Authority” means Cornwall Council;

“person subject to adult detention” is to be construed in accordance with section 121(4) of the 2009 Act.
