Amendment of the School Information (England) Regulations 2008
2.—(1) The School Information (England) Regulations 2008(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In Schedule 4 (specified information to be published on a school’s website), in paragraph 17—
(a)in sub-paragraph (1), for “Schools Financial Benchmarking website” substitute “Financial Benchmarking and Insights Tool”(2),
(b)for sub-paragraph (2)(a), substitute—
“(a) “Financial Benchmarking and Insights Tool” means the online Financial Benchmarking and Insights Tool maintained by the Department for Education; and”.
S.I. 2008/3093. Relevant amendments were made by S.I. 2012/1124 and S.I. 2020/894. There are other amendments not relevant to this instrument.
