Amendment to the Apprenticeships (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2017

2.—(1) The Apprenticeships (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2017(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 5 (duration of practical period), in paragraphs (1) and (2)(c), for “12” substitute “8”.

(3) In regulation 6 (alternative English apprenticeships), in paragraphs (7), (9)(d) and (11), for “12” substitute “8”.
