Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Registration of Marriages and Civil Partnerships (Registration Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 27th May 2025.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
