Amendment of assessments

12.—(1) In order to amend an assessment, the Board must serve an amended assessment notice on the relevant employer.

(2) An amended assessment notice must—

(a)comply with the requirements for an assessment notice specified in article 10(3); and

(b)make clear which assessment is amended.
