Amendment of assessments

article 12 + 12.—(1) In order to amend an assessment, the Board must serve an amended assessment notice on the relevant employer.

(2) An amended assessment notice must—

article 12 2 a + (a)comply with the requirements for an assessment notice specified in article 10(3); and

article 12 2 b + (b)make clear which assessment is amended.
