PART 3REQUIREMENTS

Horsham District mitigation and enhancement

39.—(1) The authorised project must not be commenced, save in respect of onshore site preparation works, until a Horsham District mitigation and enhancement scheme in accordance with the Horsham District mitigation and enhancement principles document has been submitted to and approved by Horsham District Council.

(2) The Horsham District mitigation and enhancement scheme must set out appropriate measures to compensate for the impact of the authorised development on the landscape character in which the onshore substation is located.

(3) The Horsham District mitigation and enhancement scheme must be implemented as approved.
