PART 3REQUIREMENTS

Vegetation retention and removal

38.—(1) No stage of works landward of MLWS may commence until a vegetation retention and removal plan (which accords with the outline vegetation retention and removal plan) has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.

(2) Any vegetation retention and removal plan submitted under paragraph (1) may cover one or more stage of the onshore works.

(3) The vegetation retention and removal plan for each stage must be implemented as approved.
