PART 3REQUIREMENTS

Operational Travel Plan

32.—(1) Prior to the commencement of the operation of the authorised development an operation travel plan which must accord with the outline operational travel plan must be submitted to, and approved by, the relevant planning authority following consultation with West Sussex County Council as highway authority.

(2) The approved operation travel plan must be implemented throughout the operational life of the authorised development.
