PART 3REQUIREMENTS

Operation phase maintenance

28.—(1) The authorised development must not be brought into commercial use unless an operations and maintenance plan (OMP) for the extension to the National Grid substation at Bolney comprising Work No. 20 has been provided to the relevant planning authority and Natural England.

(2) The OMP provided pursuant to sub-paragraph (1) must include as a minimum—

(a)a pollution prevention plan;

(b)a pollution incident control plan; and

(c)a risk assessment for major accidents and disasters.
