Deemed marine licences under the 2009 Act

39.  The marine licences set out in Schedules 11 (deemed marine licence under the 2009 Act – generation assets) and 12 (deemed marine licence under the 2009 Act – transmission assets) are deemed to have been granted to the undertaker under Part 4 (marine licensing) of the 2009 Act for the licensed marine activities and subject to the conditions set out in each Part 2 of those Schedules.
