Amendments to approved details

19.  With respect to any requirement which requires the authorised development to be carried out in accordance with the details, plans or schemes approved under this Schedule, the approved details, plans or schemes are taken to include any amendments that may subsequently be approved in writing by the Secretary of State, or in the case of any approval under paragraph 13 (travellers’ site in Thurrock), the local planning authority.
