Arbitration

94.  Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraphs 86(2)and (4) (removal of apparatus), and 87(1) (facilities and rights for alternative apparatus) any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Grid under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Grid, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 64 (arbitration).
