Arbitration

62.  Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraph 54(2) and (4) (removal of apparatus) any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and the gas undertaker under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and the gas undertaker, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 64 (arbitration).
