Access

61.  If in consequence of any agreement reached in accordance with paragraph 53(1) (acquisition of land) or the powers conferred by this Order the access to any apparatus is materially obstructed, the undertaker must provide such alternative rights and means of access to such apparatus as will enable the gas undertaker to maintain or use the apparatus no less effectively than was possible before such obstruction.
