PART 10FOR THE PROTECTION OF PORT OF TILBURY LONDON LIMITED

Notification of works to utilities and services affecting the Port

135.—(1) Except in an emergency, prior to the carrying out of any works to any utilities or services within the infrastructure corridor, the undertaker will notify PoTLL of the intended works and the programme for the implementation of such works at least 28 days prior to the carrying out of the proposed works.

(2) In this paragraph, “the infrastructure corridor” means the purpose-built highway to access Tilbury2 between the A1089 and Substation Road.
