Planning Act 2008 – Application of the 2010 Regulations (Community infrastructure Levy)

4.  This Order shall not constitute a planning permission for the purpose of Part 11 (community infrastructure levy) of the 2008 Act notwithstanding the definition of planning permission contained within regulation 5 (meaning of planning permission) of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010(1).
