Work No. 2 – PERMANENT ACCESS ROAD

A new two-lane road access to the waste water treatment plant from the reconfigured A14 Junction 34/B1047 Horningsea Road junction the general arrangement of which is shown on sheet 1 of the highways plans including—

schedule 1 paragraph wrapper2 a + (a)landscaping;

schedule 1 paragraph wrapper2 b + (b)drainage;

schedule 1 paragraph wrapper2 c + (c)a weighbridge;

schedule 1 paragraph wrapper2 d + (d)automatic number plate recognition cameras;

schedule 1 paragraph wrapper2 e + (e)signage;

schedule 1 paragraph wrapper2 f + (f)street lighting at the junction with Work No. 1; and

schedule 1 paragraph wrapper2 g + (g)connections to Work No. 1 and Work No. 3 and to the access and circulation roads to be constructed within the inner boundary of Work No. 15.
