Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Student Accommodation (Codes of Management Practice and Specified Educational Establishments) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st May 2025.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
