Amendments to the Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013

2.—(1) Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013(1) (civil standard fees) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).

(2) Omit paragraph 2A.

(3) In Table 1, after “Welfare Benefits”—

(a)in the second column for “£150” substitute “£208”, and

(b)in the third column for “£450” substitute “£624”.

(4) Omit Table 7 (standard fee).
