Amendments to the Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013

regulation 2 + 2.—(1) Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013(1) (civil standard fees) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).

(2) Omit paragraph 2A.

(3) In Table 1, after “Welfare Benefits”—

regulation 2 3 a + (a)in the second column for “£150” substitute “£208”, and

regulation 2 3 b + (b)in the third column for “£450” substitute “£624”.

(4) Omit Table 7 (standard fee).
