Representations received by the relevant local planning authority

25.  Where representations in relation to a Crown development application are received by the relevant local planning authority they must, as soon as reasonably practicable, forward the representations to the Secretary of State at the address notified to the relevant local planning authority by the Secretary of State for that purpose.
