Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Cattewater Harbour Revision Order 2025 and comes into force on 17th April 2025.

(2) The 1915 Order, the Cattewater Harbour Order 1925(1), the 1950 Order, the 2005 Order and this Order may be cited together as the Cattewater Harbour Orders 1915 to 2025.

(3) This Order extends to England and Wales.
