Citation, commencement, extent and cessation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment, Jobseeker’s Allowance and Employment and Support Allowance (Claims and Payments) (Modification) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 30th April 2025.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.

(3) These Regulations cease to have effect at the end of 30th April 2026.
