Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1985

5.  In section 10 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1985(1) (negligent misrepresentation), in subsection (3) for “Part 4A of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (S.I. 2008/1277)” substitute “Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”.
