Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1985

schedule paragraph 5 + 5.  In section 10 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1985(1) (negligent misrepresentation), in subsection (3) for “Part 4A of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (S.I. 2008/1277)” substitute “Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”.
