Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015
36. In Regulation 14A of the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015(1) (the ADR entity’s duty to cooperate), in subsection (2) for “Part 8 of the Enterprise Act 2002” substitute “Part 3 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”.
