Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1972

3.  In section 17 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1972(1) (duty to give information in certain cases), in subsection (5), for paragraph (e) substitute—

“(e)Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.”.
