Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1972

schedule paragraph 3 + 3.  In section 17 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1972(1) (duty to give information in certain cases), in subsection (5), for paragraph (e) substitute—

“(e)Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.”.
