Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001

24.  In article 89V of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001(1) (certain providers of referrals), in paragraph (1)(e) for “the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008” substitute “Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”.
