Misrepresentation Act (Northern Ireland) 1967

22.  In section 2 of the Misrepresentation Act (Northern Ireland) 1967(1) (damages for misrepresentation), in subsection (4) for “Part 4A of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (S.I. 2008/1277)” substitute “Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”.
