SCHEDULE 9Consequential amendments to assimilated direct legislation
Amendment of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), etc.
2.—(1) Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), establishing a European Chemicals Agency, etc.(1), is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 2(5)(b)(ii) and (6)(d)(ii), in each place, omit “or Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 872/2012” to the end.
