SCHEDULE 12Consequential amendments to England statutory instruments

Amendment of the Products Containing Meat etc. (England) Regulations 2014

3.—(1) The Products Containing Meat etc. (England) Regulations 2014(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1, in the definition of “curing salt”, in sub-paragraph (c)—

(a)after “use in” insert “accordance with”;

(b)omit “as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1497”.
