Amendment of the Plastic Kitchenware (Conditions on Imports from China) (Wales) Regulations 2011

2.—(1) The Plastic Kitchenware (Conditions on Imports from China) (Wales) Regulations 2011(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 8(2)—

(a)in the Welsh language text, in sub-paragraph (ch)(ii) omit “fel y diwygir Atodiad I iddo o bryd i’w gilydd”;

(b)in the English language text, in sub-paragraph (d)(ii) omit “as Annex I to which is amended from time to time”.
