Amendment of the Plastic Kitchenware (Conditions on Imports from China) (Wales) Regulations 2011

schedule 11 paragraph 2 + 2.—(1) The Plastic Kitchenware (Conditions on Imports from China) (Wales) Regulations 2011(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 8(2)—

schedule 11 paragraph 2 2 a + (a)in the Welsh language text, in sub-paragraph (ch)(ii) omit “fel y diwygir Atodiad I iddo o bryd i’w gilydd”;

schedule 11 paragraph 2 2 b + (b)in the English language text, in sub-paragraph (d)(ii) omit “as Annex I to which is amended from time to time”.
