SCHEDULE 1Revocations with savings: Scotland statutory instruments

The following Scottish statutory instruments are revoked in full unless specified otherwise—

(a)the Genetically Modified Food and Feed (Authorisations) (Scotland) Regulations 2022(1);

(b)the Novel Foods (Authorisations) and Smoke Flavourings (Modification of Authorisations) (Scotland) Regulations 2022(2);

(c)the Feed Additives (Authorisations) (Scotland) Regulations 2022(3), except the transitional provisions in regulations 8 to 10, and regulations 1, 2, 4 to 7 and 11 and Schedule 12 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulations 8 to 10;

(d)the Genetically Modified Food and Feed (Authorisations and Modifications of Authorisations) (Scotland) Regulations 2023(4);

(e)the Food Additives, Food Flavourings and Novel Foods (Authorisations) (Scotland) Regulations 2023(5), except the transitional provision in regulation 5, and regulations 1 and 2 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulation 5;

(f)the Feed Additives (Form of Provisional Authorisations) (Cobalt(II) Compounds) (Scotland) Regulations 2023(6);

(g)the Feed Additives (Authorisations) (Scotland) Regulations 2023(7), except the transitional provision in regulation 4, and regulations 1, 2, 7(1) and paragraph 1 of Schedule 14 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulation 4;

(h)the Food Additives and Novel Foods (Authorisations and Miscellaneous Amendments) and Food Flavourings (Removal of Authorisations) (Scotland) Regulations 2024(8), except the transitional provision in regulation 7, and regulations 1, 2 and 6(2)(a) to (v) to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulation 7;

(i)the Feed Additives (Authorisations) and Uses of Feed Intended for Particular Nutritional Purposes (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2024(9), except for regulation 8, the amendment in Part 3 and the transitional provisions in Part 4, and Part 1 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulation 8 and Parts 3 and 4.
