8(1)If a warrant issued under paragraph 5 is executed, the authorised inspector who executed it must return it to the court from which it was issued as soon as reasonably practicable with an endorsement summarising the exercise of the powers in paragraph 6.

(2)If a warrant issued under paragraph 5 is not executed, the Security Industry Authority must return it to the court from which it was issued as soon as reasonably practicable with an endorsement stating that it was not executed.
