Amendment of the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 5, Saving and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2025
2.—(1) The Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 5, Saving and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2025(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1(2) (citation and commencement), after “12” insert “to 15”.
