Citation and commencement
1.—(1) These regulations may be cited as the Teachers’ Pensions (Remediable Service) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025.
(2) These regulations come into force on 23 June 2025 and have effect from 1 October 2023(1).

Section 3(3)(b) of the 2013 Act provides that regulations may have retrospective effect.
