Amendment of the Community Care (Personal Care and Nursing Care) (Scotland) Regulations 2002
2.—(1) The Community Care (Personal Care and Nursing Care) (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 2—
(a)in paragraph (a), for “£248.70” substitute “£254.60”, and
(b)in paragraph (b), for “£111.90” substitute “£114.55”.
