Amendment of the Community Care (Personal Care and Nursing Care) (Scotland) Regulations 2002

regulation 2 + 2.—(1) The Community Care (Personal Care and Nursing Care) (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In regulation 2—

regulation 2 2 a + (a)in paragraph (a), for “£248.70” substitute “£254.60”, and

regulation 2 2 b + (b)in paragraph (b), for “£111.90” substitute “£114.55”.
