Amendment of the Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) RegulationsN.I.

33.  In the Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) Regulations—

(a)In paragraph 5 of Schedule 2(1) (claimants previously entitled to a severe disability premium)—

(i)for “£140.97”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “£143.37”;

(ii)for “£334.81”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “£340.50”; and

(iii)for “£475.79” substitute “£483.88”.

(b)In paragraph 5 of Schedule 3(2) (additional amounts for claimants previously entitled to an enhanced disability premium, a disability premium, a disabled child premium or a disabled child element in addition to a severe disability premium)—

(i)for “£89.63” substitute “£91.15”;

(ii)for “£183.52” substitute “£186.64”;

(iii)for “£188.86”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “£192.07”;

(iv)for “£128.04” substitute “£130.22”; and

(v)for “£262.48” substitute “£266.94”.
